We care about the well-being of students, and we believe (and research has shown) that healthier and happier students learn better and are more successful in all domains of their lives. SUSS is committed to a campus culture that promotes student well-being through providing a range of services, trainings, workshops and platforms focusing on the four key areas: emotional, mental, social and physical.
We adopt a three prong approach to promoting student well-being by creating ‘prevention, ‘improvement’ and ‘intervention’ support for students:
- Social Emotional Competency Training^
- Well-being Series^
- Faculty Support
- Tell us more
- Coaching Sessions*
- Peer Coaching*
- C-Three Counselling Centre*
*We offer both coaching and counselling services to students, ensuring that they get support needed to aid them in transitioning to university learn and managing the various life or situational challenges that they may face.
